Interactive Reporting Query Library
The Query Library contains pre-written, web-accessible queries and reports that utilize HRS data from the EPM Data Warehouse.
To access queries or reports returning non-sensitive HRS data, you should request the security role IR EPM All NS Query Library in IAM (OIM) by following these instructions:
Users needing access to queries or reports that return sensitive HRS data (SSN, birthdate, ethnicity, VISA information, etc.) should request the security role IR EPM HR Senstve Query Library and/or IR EPM BN Senstve Query Library in IAM (OIM).

Instructions for Requesting Roles with OIM
EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Data Warehouse
The EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Data Warehouse simplifies the difficult tasks of finding, consolidating, and preparing HRS information for distribution. The EPM data warehouse serves as a platform for basic queries and reports, and also as a data feed for HRS data to supplemental systems.
The EPM Data Warehouse extracts data from HRS on a nightly basis for reporting purposes. EPM will be the source for most custom campus reporting needs, since most reports do not require "up to the minute" data.
The EPM Data Warehouse allows HRS users to write queries using the PeopleSoft query tool, PS Query, via the PeopleSoft EPM interface. Or, by requesting external access to the EPM database, people may use other query tools such as Hyperion or Microsoft Access to query EPM data remotely. Please note that the proper IAM Security Roles are required to access data views in EPM. More information is available on the EPM Data Warehouse homepage.
