Unclassified June Earnings Will Have Pay Date of June 30, 2011

Unclassified employees who are paid on the 1st of the month are reminded that Unclassified June, 2011 earnings will be payable June 30, 2011 instead of July 1, 2011. The pay date was changed to ensure that earnings are paid within the same fiscal year that they are earned. The fiscal year runs July 1 through June 30.
Going forward, June earnings will always be paid on the last business day of June instead of July 1. All other pay checks will be payable on the 1st of the month with the exception of December earnings (payable on the first business day of January), or if the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or holiday (pay check will be payable on the last business day prior to the 1st of the month).
