My UW-Madison Leave Statement Module Improves Access to Statements and Reports

The My UW-Madison portal now features a new unclassified Leave Statement and Report module. The Leave module is used by faculty, academic staff and limited appointees to view and print statements and reports that are used to display and record their leave and furlough time records. The redesigned module makes it easier for employees to locate specific statements and reports. Web links within the module allow the user to open individual statements or report sets. The new module also includes links to any missing leave reports that require user attention.

This enhancement to the Leave module is the first in a series of My UW-Madison module upgrades that will improve employee access to leave statements, earnings statements, and benefit information. Future upgrades will provide new data views and greater access to employee information held within the Human Resource System (HRS) that will be implemented in 2011.

Employees can login to My UWMadison to view the new Leave module under the Work Record tab.
