UW System Human Resource Website Updates

The UW System Human Resources website layout is being enhanced and changes will be live in early March. You can expect to see an improved navigation menu with easier access to links that you may use.
Enhancements include:
One goal of the enhancements is to make it easier for UW System employees and prospective employees to easily find the information they are looking for. The improved navigation menu and easier access to links will help to accomplish this goal.
Also changing is the way information on benefits and compensation is organized. The Benefits link will be replaced with a Total Rewards link and will include pages on compensation, benefits, well-being resources, and system-wide events.
Your UW System total rewards package includes your base pay, paid time off, health, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement contributions and well-being resources. The UW System offers you a comprehensive total rewards package to help retain top talent and attract new talent.
