Review/Update Your Personal Information

Review your personal information periodically to make sure all information is accurate and up to date. You can update information in the MyUW portal.

The Personal Information Help video and tipsheets tab provides resources for making your updates for the following:

• Address
  • This address is used for tax documents and other mailings for inactive employees and those without electronic tax form distribution selected.
• Contact Details (phone number and email)
• Emergency Contacts
• Release Home Address Information
• Preferred Name
• Marital Status
• Coordination of Benefits
• Medicare Information
• Ethnicity Information *
• Veteran Status *
• Disability Status *

Payroll Help provides tipsheets for making your updates for the following:

• Form W-4
  • The IRS Tax Withholding estimator tool can help determine appropriate deductions
• Direct Deposit
